Come on, you know what I’m talking about! It’s simple to do but
oh-so-cute.
I’m taking that same classic 90’s hairstyle and giving it an updated
spin by creating a tiered look with three separate layers. You
won’t even believe how quick, easy and adorable this
style is!
To create this look, I used Garnier’s Sky-Hi Volume Mousse, Texture Tease Dry Touch Finishing Spray and Full Control Hair Spray.
