Instructions:

  1. Melt your peanut butter and granola butter to create a creamy consistency.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, peanut butter/granola butter mixture, vanilla, honey, and chocolate chips.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and a dough forms.
  4. Use a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and roll it into balls.
  5. Place the protein balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a firmer texture.
  7. Enjoy as a snack or a pre or post-workout treat!
