A Love Letter to My Husband

When the Christmas season approaches, everyone and their brother tunes into the Hallmark channel to binge on Christmas movies. I’m more of a classic movie lover, so I turn to TCM during the Christmas season. What has always baffled me is why networks don’t use Valentine’s Day to air romantic movies? I love a good rom-com or love story all year round, so Valentine’s Day is an especially good time to sit down and snuggle up with Matt. I thought I’d put together a list of my favorite love stories and maybe you can tune in to one tonight!

It’s not a romantic movie but it is about love, I think Life As A House is fabulous with Kevin Kline and Hayden Christensen and I also like The Last Song with Greg Kinnear and Liam Hemsworth. Miley Cyrus is in it too. I don’t care for her, but the movie is good.

THE MUMMY with Brendan Fraser is one of my romantic movies. Think about it. The Mummy spends the entire movie trying to save his dead girlfriend. And our hero, Rick, finds the love of his life while off on an adventure to save the world. It is a romantic movie where I do not cry. If I want to cry, I watch TANGLED.
