New Years Eve is here. Can you even believe it? Where in the world did 2015 go? It feels as though I blinked and the year is already over! Why is it that the older we get, the faster time goes? As a kid, time ticked by so slowly. As an adult, there are never enough hours in a day (or a night’s sleep for that matter!)
To ring in the New Year, traditionally a little bling and a whole lot of glitz and glamour is what a girl goes for in her makeup and wardrobe choices. Last year, I did this pretty gold glitter eye makeup look for NYE and it’s still a great option for the holiday. This year, I decided to go with a silver shimmer/glitter look, which is not a typical color for as I tend to always lean towards warmer shades. The payoff was great and the look would be beautiful on any skin tone. I chose to really play up the highlighter with this look, because I would bathe in highlighter if that were a real possibility.
