Ipsy Glam Bag Unboxing Video

Every month, when my little hot pink bag arrives in the mail, it’s an exciting moment because I know that my monthly ipsy glam bag is here!  I love opening the cute little makeup bag and finding an array of new makeup and/or beauty products for me to try.  It’s like Christmas morning every month when it arrives!  If you haven’t tried a subscription service like this yet, this is a great one to dabble in because, in my opinion, you get the most bang for your buck with this service.  I’ve tried several services, including Birchbox, but for the price point and the amount of product you get, ipsy is the best overall buy and has the widest range of brands and product types.   I’ve also found that you get full size or large sample sized items to test out with ipsy as opposed to small single use testers.

PS- I’m really loving this lip combo I’m wearing in this video.  I started with MAC’s lip liner in “Stripdown” and added Anastasia Beverly Hill’s Liquid Lipstick in “Sepia”.  This color combo seemed very blue and washed me out terribly.  It may not have been the product, but rather my lighting since I was filming, but I had to warm my lips up nonetheless.  I chose to add Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss in “Warm Bronze” and the outcome was this stunning, glossy chocolate brown shade that I’m totally obsessed with.  It’s a darker take on the new Kylie Jenner Lip Kits that everyone and their mother is basically dying over.  The color of her super sought after lip kit is basically a perfect dupe for MAC’s “Stripdown” so this combo is a great way to duplicate it without waiting months for it to be restocked.
