Green & Lace

We ventured into Downtown LA early this week for Matt’s first trip to the Fashion District.  It’s basically one of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon in LA because I love a good bargain.  The Fashion District is just bursting at the seams with insane deals.  We headed down to pick up some new backgrounds for my YouTube videos and we scored some amazing new ones.  I’m so excited to film and show off all the awesome new colors!  We had a chance to shoot while down there, which I love because there are so many interesting streets and buildings.

We also had a chance to grab lunch at my favorite lunch spot, Zinc Cafe.  The peach juice and asparagus sandwich are so good, you’ll dream about them.  No joke.  It’s just such a cool spot and I love sitting out on the graveled patio while enjoying the beautiful day.

This gorgeous evergreen shade is my second favorite color after my #1 go-to, cobalt blue.  I love that regardless of the current shade of my skin, evergreen and kelly green remains incredibly flattering on me.  I understand that this has a lot to do with my season (google skin season analysis to find out yours!) but honestly I feel like any skin tone would look amazing in this shade of green.  But if green isn’t your jam, this precious sweater also comes in grey and black.

The lace detail on this sweater is positively darling.  I love a good lace trim (duh, who doesn’t?) but the back detail just got me on this sweater.  The back has a higher cut to really show off the cuteness.
