A couple of weeks ago, I had the opportunity to shoot with the amazing Maarten de Boer. I went to do some Star Wars bathing suit shots, but we also shot a couple of looks to use for Hello Gorgeous. It was my first time being photographed by anyone other than my husband (for my blog!), and it was such a great experience. Thanks, Maarten!
Let’s talk about my look in these photos real quick.. I’ve always been a blazer fan! I’m always cold, so I carry a sweater or jacket with me at all times. A blazer is the perfect way to layer to stay warm while looking totally sassy. Blazers can sometimes tend to look a little masculine, but this one by BB Dakota is so feminine and fun with the sequin detail! I chose to pair it with my current favorite pair of jeans, my Free People boyfriends. So essentially I’m putting together two “menswear” pieces but when on they look totally girly with the sparkle and heels.
