30 day Ab & Squat Challenge

Many of you have asked me for my workout routine. I’m really bad about routines so I wanted to start a challenge like this with my readers so I can hold myself accountable while also helping to motivate you ladies! I love to do yoga (especially hot yoga!), Pilates and spinning classes, but since I’ve moved to New Orleans I haven’t been taking any classes (so bad, right?!) I really want to get into an exercise routine again. I love when I’m diligently working out because I feel better, look better and even sleep better. 
I found the photo of this challenge on Pinterest. If this one isn’t right for you, there are tons of different challenges on Pinterest to choose from. I chose this challenge to start yesterday since it was the first of the month. I doubled up and did day one twice yesterday and I’m feeling it today! I’ll be doing this while doing other types of exercise as well such as running and yoga at home. You gotta start somewhere so if you’re not working out at all, why not start with a challenge like this? You can get this done in under 5 minutes most days. Once you start getting used to the workouts and aren’t as sore any longer, think about adding in other types of exercise as well.

      I started it on October 1st but you can start any day just as long as you keep track! 🙂
