I love weekends. I love a chance to relax and refresh. I also love weekend brunches. This morning we met with a friend visiting from out of town at one of my very favorite spots in Los Angeles, Chateau Marmont. I enjoy anything to do with Old Hollywood and Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood has so many ties to the Golden Era. It was opened originally in 1929 as an apartment building then converted into a hotel in 1931. It’s not only an incredibly beautiful venue, but the food is amazing. While you sit in the open air restaurant enjoying your meal and company, the surroundings just completely captivate you. I can’t help but imagine how many Old Hollywood stars have dined there and how many iconic movie deals were sealed on that property. There has yet to be a trip to Chateau Marmont that I haven’t spotted a celebrity (or three!)
This is the look I wore to brunch this morning. I love a maxi dress with a great fit and this dress truly fits like a glove. The quality is amazing for the $30 price tag. I do wish that I would have gone with a XS, because the S has a deeper neckline than I typically would wear for a morning event.
Be sure to add these sandals to your Spring shopping list. They’re incredibly comfortable (I wore them all day long with no issues!) and are great quality. They run exactly true to size, are UNDER $30 and also come in black.

Gorgeous! I love that tile like print on the dress – reminds me of sunny days on a Greek island haha. Btw. quick feedback – the site is a lot quicker now than before 🙂
