Last night Matt & I had the pleasure of attending my favorite event of the year, A Night At Sardi’s. It’s an evening of music, dinner and awards all to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association. This cause is very close to our hearts as Matt’s grandmother just passed away in October 2013 after a long battle with Alzheimer’e and my Mawmaw is currently suffering from Dementia.
For my hair, I went with loose curls and swept my hair over to one side. I used a single bobby pin in the back to secure it up and off of my neck. I teased my hair heavily in the middle to bottom section then laid the top layer over and smoothed it out.
For makeup, I use my Naked 2 palette and did a taupe-y crease and shimmering highlighted brow bone. I used black liquid liner on my upper lash line and smoked out some black kohl liner on my bottom lash line. I forgot to restock my false lashes (eek!) so I used individual lashes last night… I didn’t love the outcome. I much prefer lash strips over individuals! For lips I used a pinky toned lipstick by Wet n’ Wild topped with “Baby’s Breath” lipgloss by Flower Cosmetics. I used Anastasia Beverly Hills products on my brows (brow routine video coming very soon!)
