My Favorite Eyeshadow Palettes

My Favorite Eyeshadow Palettes

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a makeup hoarder.  Probably my most hoarded product is eyeshadow, so my eyeshadow collection is quite large.  When I decided to put together this post, I knew immediately though which palettes to choose.  I always gravitate towards the six palettes below because they each do something that I love.  Keep on reading to find out which palettes are my favorites and why.  ðŸ™‚

BH Cosmetics Eyes on the 60’s:  This palette was my main squeeze during my Halloween video craze because of all the bright, highly pigmented colors.  The color payoff from this palette is truly amazing considering the $14 price tag.  I love that it has the perfect mix of shimmers and mattes in a rainbow of colors.  The yellow gold shimmer shade is one of my very favorite gold eyeshadows in my entire collection!
Urban Decay’s Naked 2:  This palette is the neutral lover’s best friend.  It has a great array of neutral toned shades ranging from nude to black.  The formula is super creamy and incredibly blendable.  The shades come in both shimmer and matte.  This palette is priced on the higher side at $54, but it’s a great purchase with all those fabulous shades!
BH Cosmetics Forever Nude:  This palette isn’t your typical eyeshadow palette because it has blush and lip colors as well.  I don’t always reach for this palette, but because it’s only $7.95, I knew it deserved to be on this list.  The six eyeshadows are beautiful shades and the blushes have the most gorgeous shimmer.
Urban Decay’s Naked 3:  I reach for this palette frequently, but come Springtime especially.  The shades are so beautiful and has a pretty pink theme.  It also has a higher price tag at $54, but again, I think it’s worth every penny.
NYX Suede:  This palette is a gorgeous jewel-toned collection of shades.  The color payoff is decent for only $12.  I especially enjoy the gold shade (go figure lol!)  All shades are shimmery, so if you’re a matte fan, this one may not be the palette for you.  The lightest shade is a great option for a highlighter in a pinch.
Lorac PRO 2:  I probably use this palette on an every day basis more than any other eyeshadow product.  I die for the “Beige” shadow…  It’s the most gorgeous inner corner and brow bone highlight you’ll ever find.  The colors are blendable and easy to work with.  The only complaint I have is that the “Rose,” “Mocha” and “Chrome” shades aren’t more pigmented.  This one is priced at $42 and I would pay that price all day every day for this palette
