Gluten Free Protein Balls Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats (I prefer to grind mine up)
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup Oat Haus Granola Butter (Code: LANTER)
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Melt your peanut butter and granola butter to create a creamy consistency.
- In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free rolled oats, peanut butter/granola butter mixture, vanilla, honey, and chocolate chips.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined and a dough forms.
- Use a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and roll it into balls.
- Place the protein balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a firmer texture.
- Enjoy as a snack or a pre or post-workout treat!
