My Healthy Breakfast!

I never skip breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day, right? To me, a healthy diet consists of high fiber. What better way to start your morning than with my little concoction here?
My breakfast on the weekdays consists of one packet of High Fiber Quaker Oatmeal, 2 tbsp. of Wheat Germ, 2 tbsp. of ground flax seed, and about 1/8 cup of milk. I switch up my milk selection between almond milk, coconut milk or 2% organic milk.
I make my oatmeal as directed on the package. Then I add in all my extras and microwave it for another 30 seconds. Voila! A healthy breakfast on the go.. And it’s super tasty too! I really suggest you try this for a healthy start to your busy mornings.

    I think it will be a tasty and healthy breakfast, especially when in a hurry to work, but damn I hate oatmeal and other porridge, and I do not drink milk already for many years. what a pity((((

    Oatmeal is my favourite breakfast, I can´t imagine my day without it. You can do it with everything like fruit, dark chocolate, yoghurt and always tastes good. 🙂
