Slow Cooker Turkey Crack Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 cans Black Beans
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 box Chicken Broth
  • 1 lb Cooked Bacon
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 tsp Cumin (heaping)
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder (heaping)
  • 1/2 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 pkg Cream Cheese

Instructions

  • Brown ground turkey until cooked through.
  • Cook bacon and crumble.
  • Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Top with shredded cheese, scallions, sour cream, or whatever toppings you prefer.

Notes

You can substitute onion powder for onions, or cook your onions before adding them if you prefer. I add raw onions to chili since the slow cooker does fully cook all ingredients through.
