It’s that time again. Every Basic white girl’s “favorite time of year“… Pumpkin Spice Season. Cue all the Starbucks cups, pumpkin props and big hats.
I can poke fun because I’m guilty of it ALL.? I never grew up loving Fall (helllllloooooo. Ohio’s “Fall” is just pre-winter) and I still love Summer most, but my relationship with Fall has deepened as I’ve gotten older. A lot of that has to do with Matt. He’s all about Fall and Winter. Let’s be honest though, it’s just because of football season. *insert eye roll here.* I know, I know… I’m a hater.

Here in Wisconsin it has been cold the last few days. I pulled out my flannel and puffy vest and my husband tells my 2 year old “oh look, basic mommy is back.” Haha. I will need to shop these sweaters for sure!
