This past Sunday, January 15th, marked the 4th Birthday of Hello Gorgeous. I can’t even believe it’s been four whole years since Matt & I embarked on this incredible blog and YouTube journey together.
Let’s be honest, I’m always looking for an excuse to celebrate with cake… That’s normal, right?! Really though, four years of being my own boss and living out my dream job is definitely cause for celebration. I wanted to take a few moments to thank those who have truly made Hello Gorgeous what it is today.
Of course, Matt is the #1 person on my thank you list. He encouraged me from the beginning. Matt even came up with the name, Hello Gorgeous. He takes my photos, films and edits my videos and is my partner in everything I do. All in all, we make a really great team. My best decision in life was marrying this handsome man of mine.
One of my earliest decisions as a blogger was when I chose to be represented professionally. My reps, Lauren & Dustin, have easily been my best business decision to date. They have made my life as a blogger and YouTuber so much easier and just overall been a blessing. Love you both!
Whenever you see a website or design update to Hello Gorgeous, Chase is always the one behind the work. He is my go-to and I’ve recommended him to basically every one of my blogger friends. Chase, I honestly don’t know where I’d be without you!
Then there’s my cousin Jenny, who helps me keep my sanity behind the scenes when things get crazy. Also, I can’t forget my sweet friend Julie, who’s not only my sounding board in all areas of my life but just overall a total boss babe. I often say that I want to come back as Julie in my next life, lol. Oh, I can’t forget my mom, who just so happens to be the original Gorgeous Girl herself!
Last, but certainly not least, I want to thank each one of you incredible Gorgeous Girls. There would be no Hello Gorgeous if it weren’t for each one of you continuing to support me and read/watch my work. You keep me motivated to continue on this journey. I love creating new posts and videos. I get excited to wake up each morning and get to work. I love what I do and I especially love who I do it for. Thank you so much for being a part of my Gorgeous Family.
