I’ve always had a thing for any top or dress with bell sleeves. Bell sleeves automatically make me feel like I stepped right out of the 1970’s and I love that! This dress is so darling with the cut-out back detail and lace trimmed sleeves. I love that it’s also available in black for a less summery, more chic look.
