Nourage Hair Vitamins

Nourage Hair Vitamins

I’m a major vitamin advocate. I’ve been taking the supplement, Biotin, daily since I was about 18 years old. I lost my eyelashes when I was a senior in high school and ever since then I’ve had to take supplements to keep them from falling out again. I’ll talk about what I do specifically for my lashes in another post.
Biotin not only helped my eyelashes, but also benefited my hair, skin and nails. The downfall of Biotin is that you have to take it daily. For the rest of your life. Let me just tell you, that gets old really fast.
So a friend told me about Nourage hair vitamins. She had seen that Kyle Richards on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills had finally given up her secret to her insanely gorgeous hair.. And it’s these little beauties! I have to admit, I’ve been obsessing over Kyle’s beautiful locks for as long as I can remember, so I’ve searched online many times for her secret. Now I know!
I’m now on month two of this supplement. It’s not cheap, coming in at $59.95 for a one month supply. The catch here though is that you don’t have to take it for the rest of your life.. Winner! You take three pills in the morning and three pills at night for eight months. After those eight months are up, you take a one to two month break from the supplement. After your break, you continue usage for another two months. At that point you’re done! Ten months and that’s it! After that, a one to two month supply yearly is recommended to keep up the results.
My first month, I was really terrible at taking these like I was supposed to. Now I’m on a schedule and not missing any doses. I haven’t yet noticed any crazy difference, but I have noticed that my hair seems a little shinier than usual (maybe it’s wishful thinking since it’s still early on!) I’ll keep you guys posted on the results as I continue my usage!

I do not know whether I am asking, but what happened to your eyelashes? Why you lost them? You used poor quality carcasses to the eye or a burn?

I had a super stressful year during that time and half of the eyelashes on one eye fell out. My Dr. at the time said it was stress related.

I have been taking Nourage for a little over a month and I can see and feel a big difference with my hair. I have been dealing with Graves Disease for 10 years and my hair was falling out, and very dry. My hair looks and feels so much better. I am so happy I purchased this product

Are you still taking these? Did they work? My hair is breaking and acting crazy lately, I was thinking of taking biotin, but, I'm so bad at pills. And the rest of my life? I'd let my hair fall out. But if this stuff works, I could commit to ten months.

Been taking these pills for 3 months. No change at all. I am so disappointed. I was really hopeful after watching Kyle Richards talk about Nourage. I have the exact same problem that Kyle complains about (thinning hair near temple after pregnancy). I was really hopeful but nothing changed. nothing.

I have been taking Nourage for two months now and my hair feels so much better and healthier. I was going thin in the front and I am seeing that the hair that was breaking off is coming back. My nails are super hard and tend to break only because I hit them at work but they are even showing improvement. I am going to continue to take Nourage and I hope my feed back can help others in their decision.

I ordered Nourage, very excited to start. My package came today, and it says take 3 tablets just once a day. You had mentioned you took 3 tablets 2 times a day?

I'm a 53 yo woman with very long hair. My hair is thinning because of age, I believe. I have a receding hairline due to a forehead lift (plastic surgery) done 15 years ago. Sun also caused thinning in the middle of crown area where hair is parted. My mother also had hair loss issues and one implant procedure because of too much sun in her childhood. She lived by the sea. When I look at my crown underneath light I can see gaps starting to widen showing the white of the scalp clearly. I've been using Nourage for 6 months. My hair looks thicker and shinier. I see tiny hair growth (follicular growth) among long hair, but these follicles do no grow much longer than a 3 millimeters or 0.1 inch. The growth is in between longer and thicker hair and it doesn't make the hair look much fuller. I guess they are mostly transparent. Nourage also does nothing for my nails. They were always soft and brittle. I've taken Biotin by itself as well and it doesn't work at all for my nails. Afterwards I tried Nourage for the last 6 months. I think overall there was an improvement in my hair (not nails), but not enough to continue paying the high price for the product. I searched for other supplements and the one's that have the same amount of Keratin and Biotin are at similar prices. Since I'm allergic to Ketoconazole, I cannot use Minoxidil because of this ingredient. There's not much more in the market of supplements that I find worth. A famous trichologist mentioned that Pantogard works, but looking at the ingredients it doesn't have anything special that you cannot get from Multivitamins. So… the top of my head is still thinning and when light touches it I can see there's not much change after 6 months of Nourage. I believe all those pills thicken the hair and promote small follicullar growth, but not overall growth. In the futures I expect to have hair implant done in some areas of the crown and to lower the hairline, which I hope will somewhat improve my problem of receding hairline, thicken crown area and hopefully will have a "good" solution (I'm not expecting perfection), together with supplements, lotions, etc. I only spoke to a doctor who does implants and he said I'm a good candidate, since I still have a lot of donor hair. Well, I hope my review helps someone. Good luck everyone!
